INDIANAPOLIS - This Friday night, the Marian rugby team returns to action after sitting idle last week, and will take on the University of Notre Dame. Marian's game is set to be featured as the National Collegiate Rugby's Friday Night spotlight game, as Marian will play under the lights in South Bend.

The Knights are the second of a series of Friday night matchups, with the entire slate featuring NCAA DI matchups. Marian is the only school from the NAIA level to be featured as a game of the week this season.

Marian won their first game of the season last weekend, defeating Kentucky 30-18. Notre Dame enters coming off a loss to the University of Wisconsin last week, and is 1-2 in their start to the season.
