Jackson, Mich. - After a busy weekend for the men's track and field program, on Monday afternoon, the Crossroads League announced that Marian's Will Osafo and Victory Dailey have been named as the respective Track and Field Athletes of the week. The honor is the first in the career for both Knights.

Will Osafo had a strong weekend, finishing as the runner-up in the 60m at the IU Early Bird meet, clocking a 6.74 second time in the finals. Osafo hit the NAIA B standard for the second meet in a row, while also finishing 11th overall in the 200m later in the meet. Osafo's efforts earned him CL Athlete of the Week honors. 

Victor Dailey logged his second meet of the season with a height of 2.01m, this time taking the win in the high jump at the Indiana Tech Warrior Invite. Dailey's mark earned him CL Field Athlete of the Week honors. 

Marian returns to competition on January 16 when they return from winter break.
