Marian Women's Golf Earns Program-Best Three NAIA All-Americans

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NAIA Women's Golf season and the 30th national championship are etched in record books, and Thursday, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) named its 2024-25 Women's Golf All-America teams. The Marian women's golf team, which made program history at the 2025 NAIA National Championships, continued to make more history with the All-America announcement, as the Knights earned a program-record three All-Americans.

Emma Weiler was named to the NAIA All-America First Team, MacKendzie Dresbaugh was named to the Second Team, and Keara Eder was named to the Third Team.

Emma Weiler had a strong 2024-25 season, earning a pair of top-three finishes, while ending the season with a fifth-place finish at the 2025 NAIA National Championships. Weiler held an overall record of 486-83-11 on the year, and averaged 74.2 per round. Weiler's season finished with a school-record 291 score at the NAIA Championship, breaking the previous school record by 14 strokes.

MacKendzie Dresbaugh carried a record of 476-91-13 in the 2024-25 season, and earned one individual victory while adding three top-three finishes. Dresbaugh averaged 74.9 per round, and finished 16th at the 2025 NAIA National Championship. Keara Eder was equally impressive, winning once while finishing in the top-three twice. Eder heled a record of 444-121-15 and averaged 75.6 strokes per round, ending the NAIA Championship with a 36th-place effort.

All three golfers played an instrumental role in Marian's NAIA Championship run, helping Marian to a program-record third-place finish, breaking the school record for a 72-hole event by over 50 strokes.

University of British Columbia head coach Chris MacDonald is the 2024-25 NAIA Women's Golf Coach of the Year, joined by four Thunderbirds – Elizabeth Labbe, Grace Bell, Una Chou, and individual national champion Jessica Ng – as First-Team NAIA All-Americans. UBC's Bo Brown was also honored, as a Second-Team NAIA All-American.

2024-25 runner up Keiser (Fla.) and SCAD Savannah (Ga.) each had three First-Team honorees, and both added a fourth All-American, each, on either the Second or Third Teams.

The 2024-25 NAIA Women's Golf Player of the Year will be announced on NAIA.org following the Women's Golf Coaches Association's announcement of Players of the Year across all divisions of collegiate golf.  To view the full All-America release, visit the NAIA website.
