Addison, Ill. - The Women's Bowling team finished their 2025-26 campaign at the USBC ITC Sectionals. The Knights finished in 17th place with
Abigail Dwyer and
Paige Richards leading the way, both finishing 43rd.
Maryville was the champion of the Sectionals with 12905 total points, while Sacred Heart came in second with 12604 points, and Mount Mercy rounded out the top three with 12482. Central Missouri finished fourth, and Whitewater, Wisconsin, finished fifth. Pikeville, Spring Arbor, Monmouth, McPherson, and Marian (Wis.) rounded out the top-10 team finishes. Marian was one of three Crossroads League schools competing with Spring Arbor; Marian finished 17th with a total of 11112, and Huntington finished 22nd.
In individual play,
Abigail Dwyer and
Paige Richards led the Knights, tying in 43rd with a total of 1131. Dwyer bowled a game high of 214 in game three, while Richards bowled a game high of 234 in game four.
Mary Brooks was the next to finish bowling in all five games and recorded a total of 1011. Brooks bowled a game high of 211 in game three. Alexis Jones finished with a total of 991, bowling a game high of 217 in game one.
Emily Reneau was the next to finish recording a total of 976 with a game high of 182 in game six.
Phoenix Newkirk recorded a total of 963, bowling a game high of 177 in game six, while
Jaymie Clere finished close behind, totaling 955 pins with a game high of 193 in game one.
