Old Hickory, Tenn. - For the third time this spring and fifth time overall this season, the Marian women's golf team played its way to victory, as the Knights took down No. 1 Keiser in a wire-to-wire victory at the annual Music City Classic.
Emma Weiler was the individual champion at the tournament, carding a 212 score to secure her second consecutive victory.
Marian began the week with a hot start, firing a two-under 286 as a team, taking a 10-stroke lead over No. 1 Keiser on Monday. As the event continued on Monday, Marian continued to build the lead on the Seahawks, gaining another two strokes after firing a 289 in the second round. Marian finished the tournament on Tuesday with a 294 team score, ending in a week total of 869, 11-shots better than the Seahawks.
The team's win over Keiser is the first of the season, as the Knights earned 20 total victories with their win over the 21-team field. Marian scored victories over 11 ranked teams ranked in the top-25 according to the scoring partner of the NAIA, Clippd.
Individually for the Knights, Marian was led by the tournament champion
Emma Weiler, who won her second consecutive tournament with a 54-hole victory. Weiler began the week with a 72 in round one, holding the fourth-best score in the field after Monday's opening 18 holes. The junior picked up her game in the second set of 18 holes, firing a 70 to move into second overall after first day. On the final day of the tournament, Weiler shot another 70, taking the individual lead to finish the week with a 212 total and her second consecutive win in her junior season.

Jordan Adam and
Keara Eder made the all-tournament team, as the pair each scored a 219 total to tie for sixth place. Eder scored a 71, 74, and 74 in her three rounds of the tournament, while Adam carded a 75, 71, and 73 to total her 219 score.
Maria Kennard tied for 13th in the field with a 223 score, putting up a first-round-best 68 before ending with scores of 74 and 81.
Hailey Kirkland rounded out the Marian lineup with a 37th place finish, carding a total of 231 with scores of 75, 79. and 77.
Marian will end its regular season at their second NCAA DI event of the season, playing a 36-hole shootout on Saturday in Lebanon in the IU-Indy Spring Invite.
