2022-23: Competed in six indoor meets and one outdoor meets as a senior ... Ran a PR 8:41.94 time in the 3000m to finish fifth in the John Gartland Invitational to open up th season ... Hit PR's in the mile (4:23.51) and 800m (1:58.79), finishing second and fourth at the Indianapolis Tom Hathaway Distance Carnival ... Ran a leg of the DMR that finished second in a time of 10:18.97 at the IWU Midwest Classic ... Earned All-CL honors after placing third in the DMR with a time of 10:16.31 at the Crossroads League Indoor Championships ...
