2023-24: Competed in eight indoor meets and six outdoor meets ... Qualified for both indoor and outdoor National Championships ... Claimed and All-American Honor in the indoor season for the DMR ... Started out the indoor season with a second place finish in the Mile (4:19.78) at the Robert H. Johnson Open and a second place finish in the 3000 (8:42.54) at the Indiana Tech Invite ... Was apart of the DMR throughout the indoor season with a season best time of 10:10.84 to finish in seventh overall at NAIA Indoor Nationals ... Clocked two PR's in the first outdoor meet of the season at Montreat with a 19th place finish in the 800 (1:59.43) and a first place finish in the 5000m (14:45.57) ... Clocked a time of 4:26.55 in the mile to finish eighth and ran a leg on the 4x800m relay team to take fifth at the Crossroads League Indoor Championships ... Clocked a time of 15:26.84 in the 5000m to finish fourth in the first outdoor meet of the year ... Had back-to-back meets with a PR, coming in the 800m (2:10.68) at the Knight Open and 5000m (15:23.13) at the Gibson Invitational to place seventh.
