2024-25 Season:

  • In his seventh season at Marian Franklin led three Outdoor National qualifiers (men's 400m hurdles, men's decathlon, women's 100m hurdles). He led two events to qualify for the NAIA Indoor National Championships (women's 60m hurdles, women's pentathlon). While one earned All-American Honors (women's pentathlon). He also was apart of the NAIA Men's Indoor National Championship coaching staff.
  • In both the indoor and outdoor Crossroads League Championships he led seven events to earn All-Crossroads League Honors (men's 60m hurdles, men's 400m hurdles, 2x men's heptathlon, men's decathlon, women's 60m hurdles, women's pentathlon). While four were named individual Crossroads League Champions (men's 60m hurdles, women's 60m hurdles, women's pentathlon).

2023-24 Season:

  • In his sixth year with the Knights at the Indoor and Outdoor Crossroads League Championships he led five events to All-Crossroads League Honors (men's 60m hurdles, men's 400m hurdles, men's heptathlon, men's decathlon, women's pentathlon). While one event earned an Individual Crossroads League Championship (women's pentathlon).

2022-23 Season:

  • In Franklin's fifth year at Marian he led five athletes to earn All-Crossroads League honors during the indoor and outdoor championships (men's decathlon, women's 60m hurdles, women's 100m hurdles, women's pentathlon, women's heptathlon). While two events earned an Individual Crossroads League Championship (women's 60m hurdles, women's 100m hurdles). He led three athletes to qualify and earn All-American honors for the NAIA Indoor and Outdoor National Championships (women's 60m hurdles, women's 100m hurdles, women's pentathlon).

2021-22 Season:

  • Moving into the fourth year as the hurdle and multi's coach Franklin led seven athletes to earn All-Crossroads League Honors at the Indoor and Outdoor Crossroads League Championships (men's heptathlon, men's decathlon, 2x women's 60m hurdles, women's 100m hurdles, women's 400m hurdles, women's pentathlon). While three were named the Crossroads League Individual Champions (women's 60m hurdles, women's 100m hurdles, women's pentathlon). Four of his athletes qualified for the NAIA Indoor and Outdoor National Championships (2x women's 60m hurdles, women's 100m hurdles, women's pentathlon). While two earned All-American Honors (women's 100m hurdles, women's pentathlon) and one was named an NAIA Individual National Champion (women's pentathlon).

2020-21 Season:

  • As a third year coach for hurdles and the multi events Franklin led five athletes to earn All-Crossroads League Honors at both the Indoor and Outdoor Crossroads League Championships (men's 110m hurdles, women's 60m hurdles, women's 100m hurdles, 2x women's 400m hurdles, women's heptathlon). While one earned an Individual Crossroads League Championship (women's 100m hurdles). In the NAIA Indoor and Outdoor National Championships Franklin led three events to qualify and earn All-American Honors (women's 60m hurdles, women's 100m hurdles, women's pentathlon).

2019-20 Season:

  • In his second year at Marian he led two athletes to earn All-Crossroads League honors at the indoor championships (2x women's 60m hurdles) while one earned an Individual Crossroads League Championship. He led three events to qualify for the NAIA Indoor National Championship (2x women's 60m hurdles, women's pentathlon). While two earned All-American Honors (women's 60m hurdles, women's pentathlon). One event earned an Individual National Championship (women's pentathlon)

2018-19 Season:

  • Started at Marian as an volunteer assistant coach for hurdles for the 2018-19 season. Leading three events to earn All-Crossroads League Honors at both the indoor and outdoor championships (men's 60m hurdles, women's 100m hurdles, women's 400m hurdles). With one earning an individual Crossroads League Championship (men's 60m hurdles). He led three events to qualify for the NAIA Indoor and Outdoor National Championships (men's 60m hurdles, women's 60m hurdles, women's 100m hurdles). While one earned All-American Honors (men's 60m hurdles).

Prior to Marian:

  • Before joining the Knights, he served as the Director of Track and Field at Pike High School and Head Men's Coach at North Central High School, where he developed elite high school athletes.
  • A former sprinter and hurdler at Ball State University, he earned conference finalist honors and served as team captain. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and, in addition to his coaching role, serves as the Director of Information Technology and Assistant Professor at Marian University's Saint Joseph's College.
