2025-26 Season:

• In his second year at Marian at the NAIA Indoor and Outdoor National Championships, he had three events qualify (women's indoor & outdoor pole vault, men's outdoor pole vault). One earned All-American honors for the season (men's outdoor pole vault).
• During the Crossroads League seasons, he coached two events, earning All-Crossroads League honors, and he also earned the Crossroads League Individual Championships as well (indoor & outdoor pole vault).
• Was a part of the NAIA Indoor Women's & Men's National Championship coaching staff

2024-25 Season:

• In his first year at Marian in the Crossroads League Championships, he has coached two events, earning All-Crossroads League in both Indoor and Outdoor (women's indoor pole vault, women's outdoor pole vault). While one earned a Crossroads League Individual Championship (women's outdoor pole vault).
• At the NAIA Indoor and Outdoor National Championships, he had four events qualify (men's indoor pole vault, men's outdoor pole vault, women's indoor pole vault, women's outdoor pole vault). One earned All-American honors (women's indoor pole vault).
• Was a part of the NAIA Indoor National Championship coaching staff.

Previous to Marian:

• He joined the staff during the 2024-25 season as the Pole Vaulting coach for Marian.
• Heath was a former Division I athlete at Indiana State University. He continues to compete and was the 2024 USATF Masters Indoor Championships M50 Pole Vault Champion as well as 2025 WMA World Indoor Champion in Men's Pole Vault 50-54.
