Robinson has led the Marian University Competitive Cheer program through a period of sustained growth, competitive recognition, and academic excellence, establishing the Knights as a respected NAIA varsity program.
2019–PresentÂ
Robinson continues to lead Marian University Cheer, overseeing both the Competitive Cheer and Game Day Cheer programs. She initially joined the Marian coaching staff as a sideline coach and played a pivotal role in establishing the university’s Competitive Cheer program, later transitioning to lead the competitive team after its third season. She has since resumed leadership of both programs, bringing them together under a unified vision for Marian Cheer.
Under Robinson’s leadership, Marian Competitive Cheer has developed from its early stages into a respected and nationally competitive NAIA varsity program. She emphasizes strong recruitment, advanced skill progression, athlete development, and a team culture centered on accountability, resilience, academic achievement, and team-first values.
Across both programs, Robinson prioritizes the overall student-athlete experience and continued development on and off the mat, while maintaining distinct goals for competitive performance and game-day representation.
In addition to coaching at Marian, Robinson serves as the Orthopedic Trauma Clinical Research Manager at Indiana University School of Medicine, where she leads clinical research efforts focused on improving patient care.
National & Conference Leadership
Robinson has been actively involved in NAIA leadership and governance, contributing to the growth and advocacy of collegiate competitive cheer at the national level. She has served on the NAIA Competitive Cheer Coaches Association Executive Committee, holding multiple leadership roles:
- Past President (2026-27)
- Vice President (2022–23, 2023–24)
- President (2024–25, 2025–26)
She also serves on the NAIA Champions of Character Advisory Committee and the NAIA Council for Student-Athletes, further demonstrating her commitment to student-athlete development, leadership, and the core values of the NAIA.

Prior Coaching Experience
Prior to Marian, Robinson coached at Greenfield-Central High School, where she choreographed competition routines, developed athletes’ skills in jumps, tumbling, and motion technique, and created position-specific conditioning programs to improve endurance and reduce injury risk. Under her leadership:
- The girls’ varsity team finished Runner-Up at the 2018 State Championship and 4th at State in 2017 (Varsity B)
- The coed team captured the 2016 State Championship and placed 4th at State in 2015
Before Greenfield-Central, Robinson cheered at Trine University in Angola, Indiana, serving as a team captain for two seasons before transitioning into a coaching role as a cheerleading and tumbling coach at Classic City Center in Waterloo, Indiana.
