Linny Rousseau

BIO

In April of 2024 Rousseau attended the NAIA Governance and Leadership Academy representing the Crossroads League in Kansas City, Mo..
In February of 2024 she was named the Senior Women Leader in the Athletics Department for Marian University.
Rousseau then moved over to the Athletics Department in May of 2023 to serve as one of the Assistant Athletic Directors for Marian University.
Linny is also on the Marian University Alumni Associationa Board and a committee member in the Women of Marian.
After working for the Green Bay Packers she moved back to Indiana to work at Marian University where she served as the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement from October of 2021 until May of 2023.

In 2021 she worked for the Green Bay Packers as a full time post grad intern with the Sales and Business Development team.
During her time as a student, in 2019 she worked as an intern for the Events and Marketing team as well as an intern for the Ticket Operations team in 2020 for the Indinapolis Colts.
Rousseau graduated from Marian University in 2021 with a B.A. in Communication and is currently in the Master's in Leadership Practice program at Marian and will graduate in May of 2025. During her undergrad at Marian she was a game day cheerleader from 2017-2019.
She is originally from Greensberg, Ind. and attending North Decatur High School and currently resides in Southport, Indiana with her dogs Piper and Lilly.
