Jackson, Mich. - Coming off a career-high in Marian's upset win against (RV) Indiana Wesleyan, Aidan Franks of the Marian men's basketball team has been named the Crossroads League Offensive Player of the Week. Franks' honor is the fifth of the year for the Knights, and the first in his career. 

Aidan Franks has been playing at another level since the calendar turned to 2025, putting his talents on display this past week averaging 27.5 points per game while shooting 24-46 from the field. Franks, who scored a career-high 31 on Saturday against Indiana Wesleyan in an upset over the Wildcats, has been averaging 20.6 points per game since Jan. 4, and has set his career-high twice in the month of January. Additionally, the Wapahani guard averaged 3.5 rebounds per game, grabbing three total steals and dishing out one assist.

Marian will look to keep their momentum rolling into next Saturday, as the Knights begin the second half of Crossroads League action against No. 14 Grace College at 3:00 p.m.
