Indianapolis — The Marian University football home opener versus Madonna University on Saturday, Sept. 19 has been moved up to an 11:05 a.m. kickoff due to the heat, University officials announced Thursday morning.
 
Tailgate lots will open at 9 a.m.; gates will open at 9:30 a.m. The Mike Holman Marian Mile will continue at its scheduled time of 9 a.m.
 
Fans will be allowed to bring a factory-sealed water bottle into Ascension St. Vincent Field.
