BIO

  • EJ Devarie joined the Marian baseball team as an assistant coach in 2019-20. Devarie spent his first season as an assistant position coach for outfielders
  • Devarie has been an assistant at the collegiate level for two seasons, whose defensive and offensive knowledge will add greatly to the Knights
  • Devarie played both infield and outfield during his playing career at Ball State from 2011-2015. As a senior Devarie was named the team MVP after hitting .332 and helped BSU earn the MAC West Title in 2014. 
  • After his senior year, Devarie played professional baseball for a couple of seasons with the Gary Southshore Railcats from the independent league American Association.
  • Devarie currently resides in Indianapolis.
