BIO

• Entering his fourth season at Marian as safeties coach and academic coordinator.
• As well as his duties at Marian, Ridings currently is the Head Coach and Camp Director (2013-2017) of the USA Football U-15 and U-18 teams. Has also been the Defensive Coordinator and Offensive Coordinator of the National Team.
• Prior to Marian University Mike was in his second stint with Lindsey Wilson College where he was the Special Teams Coordinator (2015), Strength and Conditioning Coordinator (2014) and Linebackers Coach (2014-15), making the NAIA playoffs in 2014 and 2015. 
• Coached the number two punt return in the NAIA and the number one punt team in the Mid-South Conference West in 2015.
• Coached running backs and tight ends at the University of Indianapolis from February 2013 to June 2014, coaching a team that won their second straight GLVC Conference Championship and second trip to thet NCAA Division II Playoffs.
• Spent the 2012 football season as the Assistant Director of Recruiting at the University of Kentucky.
• From 2010 through 2012 spent time as the Wide Receivers Coach at Lindsey Wilson College.
• Spent the 2009 season as the Wide Receivers and Quarterbacks coach at the University of St. Francis (Ill.).
• Was a student assistant coach at Indiana University while working to obtain his degree.
• Completed his Masters in Sports Administration from Western Kentucky/University of Kentucky Online Program in 2013.
• Completed his undergraduate degree in Sport Marketing and Management in 2009 from Indiana University.
• Mike and his wife, Natalie, currently reside in the Indianapolis area.
