Lindsay Erba joins the Marian women's basketball staff in July 2023, as the assistant coach for Steve Brooks.
Erba joins the Knights with several years of various coaching and training experience, as well as experience as a collegiate player.
Erba has been coaching and training since 2018 and she currently serves as a head coach at Pro Skills Basketball. Erba's coaching stint started at Always 100 where she was an AAU Gold Level Coach, before serving as the girl's varsity assistant at Goshen High School from 2020-22. At Goshen, Erba was responsible for scouting efforts and game plan write ups, helped create and run practice plans, and conducted and led individual training sessions with players. At Pro Skills Basketball, Erba primarily works with boy's basketball where she creates and runs practice, leads individual training sessions with players at all levels in the program, and helps with team and individual gameplay understanding.
As a player, Erba played one season for Toledo before transferring to Grand Valley State to finish her playing career. At Grand Valley, Erba holds the record for most three pointers made in a single season with 77, while averaging 4.3 points throughout her three seasons, and shooting .392 percent from three-point range. Off the court, the Warsaw, Ind. native graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and Clinical Psychology in 2017.
