Elijah Kelly represented the Knights on the 2025 team, earning the honor in his first season eligible for the honor.
To be eligible for the Academic All-District and All-America honors, players must maintain a cumulative 3.50 GPA or better, and as a position player, student-athletes must have competed in 90 percent of the team's games or start in 66 percent of the team's total games played.
Kelly started in 47 of the 49 games the sophomore saw action in during the 2025 season, emerging as the team's every-game starter at shortstop. Kelly batted .215 on the season, slugging .372 as he posted seven doubles and four home runs. The first-year starter recorded 21 RBI and scored 29 runs, and reached base 30 times on hit by pitch plate appearances or walks.
The Knights finished the 2025 season in fifth place in the Crossroads League, carrying an overall record of 24-28.
