CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – On Monday, June 2, the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) announced the 2024-25 student-athlete and coach awards for NAIA women's collegiate golf. The Marian women's golf team earned two NAIA WGCA All-America honors, with
Emma Weiler earning Second Team honors, while
MacKendzie Dresbaugh was named to the Honorable Mention Team.
Emma Weiler had a strong 2024-25 season, earning a pair of top-three finishes, while ending the season with a fifth-place finish at the 2025 NAIA National Championships. Weiler, who was named an NAIA All-America First Team honoree and was named on the All-NAIA Championship Tournament Team, held an overall record of 486-83-11 on the year, and averaged 74.2 per round. The sophomore's season finished with a school-record 291 score at the NAIA Championship, breaking the previous school record by 14 strokes.
MacKendzie Dresbaugh carried a record of 476-91-13 in the 2024-25 season, and earned one individual victory while adding three top-three finishes. Dresbaugh averaged 74.9 per round, and finished 16th at the 2025 NAIA National Championship. Dresbaugh was named to the NAIA All-America Second Team.
The pair played an instrumental role in Marian's NAIA Championship run, helping Marian to a program-record third-place finish, breaking the school record for a 72-hole event by over 50 strokes.
