Marion, Ind. - Marian competition cheer continues their 2026 slate at Wildcat Weekend hosted by Indiana Wesleyan on February 7th. In their only round of competition, the Knights placed seventh overall.

With a modified group on the floor due to injury, the Knights placed seventh overall in round one of the competition with a score of 81.4. The University of the Cumberlands placed first overall with a score of 89.4, while Indiana Wesleyan finished as runner-ups with a score of 88.2. Spring Arbor, Taylor, and Florida Memorial rounded out the top five in the respective order. Cumberland University finished sixth, while Bethel, the University of Saint Francis (Ind.), and Huntington rounded out the top 10. Grace competed as an exhibition, scoring 79.8 points. 

Marian will be back in action next weekend as they travel to Georgetown (Ky.) to compete in the Georgetown Tiger Invite. The Knights will compete in round one at 11:35 AM and round two at 1 PM.
