JACKSON, Mich. – The Crossroads League Athletes of the Week were announced on Monday, recognizing the league's top individual performances from April 20 through 26. Sports Information Directors from the league institutions nominate student-athletes for the awards and vote on each week's winners.

For the second time this year during the outdoor season, Marzeion Jones was named the Crossroads League Athlete of the week. Jones provisionally qualified for Nationals in the triple jump by finishing second overall at the Jim Freeman Open with a mark of 14.67.

The Knights are back in action this weekend as they travel up to Marion, Ind. to compete in the Crossroads League Championships with action starting on Thursday and wrapping up on Friday.
