Indianapolis —- The Marian University volleyball team snapped its four-match losing streak on Saturday with a three-set sweep of Huntington University in Crossroads League play in the P.E. Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
FIRST SET
- Huntington tallied three straight points to take an early 5-4 lead in the first
- The Foresters took five straight points to force a Marian timeout, leading 11-7
- HU led 16-12 following Jadyn Samson's service
- The Knights battled back to tie the frame at 16, but Huntington responded with five straight, leading 21-16
- Luttel and Cook kills helped tie the set at 21; tied at 23, Cook's kill and attack error gave the Knights the comeback win in the opening set
SECOND SET
- HU scored three straight to lead 9-6 in the second set
- Dart and Schade kills along with three HU attack errors helped the Knights the flip the lead their way, 14-11
- MU led 20-15 after a string of three consecutive Forester errors
- Luttel's ace capped the second-set win
THIRD SET
- The Knights jumped out to a 6-2 lead following Schade's kill
- HU responded with five straight points to lead 7-6
- Marian answered with five consecutive points of their own; Dart's ace gave MU an 11-7 advantage
- Back-to-back kills from Ashlynn Turner and Dryden put Marian ahead 17-9 and forced an HU timeout
- The Knights rolled from there, as two Ava Tindall kills highlighted a five-point run to lead 23-11
- Schade's kill ended the match
