Box Score Hilton Head, S.C. - The Marian women's tennis team continues their spring season with another win on Monday afternoon over Lawrence Tech in a 7-0 score. The Knights are now 10-4 overall on the season.

The Knights opened the afternoon match, winning two of the three matches to gain a 1-0 lead. Yasmin Imamniyazova and Ana Barbosa Fernandez won No. 2 doubles by a score of 6-2, and Paloma Caceres Villalba won No. 3 doubles by a score of 6-2. Katharina Bopst and Michelle Irigoyen went unfinished in their match trailing 4-3 to Lawrence Tech.

Marian won all six matches in singles, starting off with Imamniyazova's win at No. 1, as she gained a 6-4, 6-1 victory. Barbosa Fernandez won No. 2 singles with a 6-1, 6-0 score. Irigoyen won No. 3 singles with a 6-3, 6-1 victory.

Bopst also clinched a victory at No. 4 singles with a score of 6-3, 6-4. Canceres Villalba won at No. 5 singles with a 6-2, 6-0 score, and Muller won at No. 6 singles with a 6-0, 6-1 victory to claim the win for the Knights.

Marian will play on March 5th, continuing their spring break matches with a contest against the College of Costal Georgia.
