Indianapolis, Ind. - The Intercollegiate Tennis Association ("ITA") is proud to announce the 2026 NAIA Women's ITA Scholar-Athletes and All-Academic Teams. Academia is an integral aspect of the college tennis experience and adds to the unique student-athlete experience found on college campuses across the nation.
Within the sport of tennis, student-athletes continue to exceed expectations in the classroom and on the court. In 2026, 156 NAIA Women's student-athletes were named ITA Scholar-Athletes, and 21 Women's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.Â
The Marian Women's Tennis Program was named an All-Academic Team, earning 11 honors. The Knights who earned the honors included: Paloma Caceres Villalba, Ana Barbosa Fernandez, Mara Schad, Elisa Roccaforte, Mckenna Snider, Liliane Alinquant, Yasmin Imamniyazova, Hannah Royalty, Emma Chrome, Sara Corrio Alemany, and Michelle Irigoyen.

Marian went 17-7 overall on the season and a perfect 9-0 in the Crossroads League, finishing as the Crossroads League Regular Season and Tournament Champions for the first time in program history.Â
