Bourbonnais, Ill. - The Marian men's and women's track and field team competed at the ONU Outdoor Open throughout the course of Saturday April 26th. The men's team collected two NAIA Standards throughout the day.
Owen Meyers led the men's team earning a first place finish and a NAIA A Standard in the 5000m race walk.
Christian Rios led the field efforts hitting a NAIA B Standard in the shot put finishing first overall in the event.Â
On the women's side
Jade Dogan led the sprint efforts finishing in the top-10 in the 100m and the 200m, while
Gracynn Hinkley led the efforts in the long distance earning top-5 honors in the 800m and 1500m. In the field Hadleigh Filipovivh led the efforts finishing top-6 in all three of her events.
