KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced its 2024-25 Men's Golf All-Americans, along with 2024-25 Coach of the Year Chris Butler, who led Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) to its first men's golf national championship in school history. For the first time since 2022, Marian has been represented on the All-America teams, with
Weston Ogden being named to the NAIA Second Team.
Weston Ogden had a strong season for Marian, leading the team as the top performer in the spring season. For the 2024-25 season, Ogden earned two victories, coming at the NAIA Memphis Shootout in October and the IWU Sagamore Shootout in April. The junior had an additional three top-five finishes and on the season, averaged a 71.5 score per round. Ogden played 30 total rounds in 2024-25, compiling a record of 591-170-19 for the season. Ogden ended the season with a 79th place finish at the NAIA National Championship.
Ogden is Marian's first NAIA All-American since Jay Williams honor in the 2021-22 season. The junior was also named to the PING Golf NAIA All-America Second Team.
Marian won their third consecutive Crossroads League Championship in the 2024-25 season, and reached the NAIA Championship for the third season in a row.
