GREENWOOD, Ind. - On Wednesday, June 18, the College Sports Communicators (CSC) released their 2024-25 NAIA Academic All-District Team Selections. The Marian University men's and women's bowling teams were well represented with the honors, as five Knights were named to the All-District Team.
Eligible nominees for the CSC Academic All-America program must maintain a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average while having reached sophomore status academically, while bowlers must be in the lineup for 70 percent of an institution's days of competition to be considered for the At-Large Academic All-District Team.
Each school is allowed up to six nominations for men's at-large and six for women's at-large, with selected CSC Academic All-District recipients advancing to the ballot for CSC Academic All-America honors. Those awards will be voted on by members of CSC from around the nation and will be announced on July 8 and 9.
Marian led the Crossroads League in honors with five combined between men and women for the 2024-25 season, as
