Dylan Mollo and David Hayes Named as CSC Academic All-Americans

Austin, Texas - On Wednesday, July 9, the College Sports Communicators (CSC) released their 2024-25 At-Large Team Academic All-America Team selections. Marian bowling collected their first and second-ever Academic All-Americans, with Dylan Mollo and David Hayes representing the Knights on the 2024-25 At-Large Team.

Dylan Mollo represents Marian as the university's first-ever At-Large Academic All-America First Team honoree, while David Hayes was one of two Knights named to the Second Team At-Large Team, joining men's golfer Weston Ogden.

Hayes and Mollo were both named NAIA All-America Third Team members in 2024-25 in addition to being named First Team All-Crossroads League, with both playing a critical role in the Knights' 2025 NAIA National Championship. The duo helped lead Marian to their Crossroads League Regular Season and Tournament Championships in the 2025 season.

The NAIA Academic All-America® program is financially supported by the NAIA national governance structure to assist the College Sports Communicators with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 NAIA Academic All-America® program. Eligible nominees for the CSC Academic All-America program must maintain a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average while having reached sophomore status academically, while bowlers must be in the lineup for 70 percent of an institution's days of competition to be considered for the At-Large Academic All-District Team. The NAIA honorees in 2024-25 combined for a 3.82 GPA.
