Gilbert, Ariz. - The Intercollegiate Tennis Association ("ITA") is announced on Thursday, July 24, the 2025 NAIA Men's and Women's ITA Scholar-Athletes and All-Academic Teams. Academia is an integral aspect of the college tennis experience and adds to the unique student-athlete experience found on college campuses across the nation.

Within the sport of tennis, student-athletes continue to exceed expectations in the classroom and on the court. In 2025, 186 NAIA men's student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, and 23 men's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction. In 2025, 191 NAIA women's student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, and 24 women's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.
 

To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, one must meet the following requirements:

• Have a grade point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.00 scale) for the current academic year
• Be listed on the institutional eligibility form

To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must meet the following requirements:

• Have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above (on a 4.00 scale),
• All student-athletes included should be listed on the institutional eligibility form, and
• All varsity letter winners should be factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year

Both of the Knights' men's and women's programs were named to the ITA All-Academic Team. The following athletes were named ITA Scholar-Athletes during the 2024-25 year.

• Men: Bogdan Precupescu, Colin Blumentritt, Jan Bartolome, Ben O'Brien, Jones McNamar, Gavin Dardeen, Isaac Lian, Iyan Cresens, Marcos Ramos Cabrera, Afonso Ribeiro, Juan Garcia-Tunon, Austin Kuklak, George Giles, Max Sternberg, Shadi Al Tori
• Women: Anna Lopez Torres, Dana Savarino, Liliane Alinquant, Emma Chrome, Elisa Roccaforte, Mara Schad, Michelle Irigoyen, Ana Barbosa Fernandez, Sara Corrio, Yasmin Imamniyazova

The Knights 2025-26 season will begin with a limited fall schedule, with the Crossroads League shifting their conference schedule to the spring season.
