INDIANAPOLIS - Due to the heavy rains that saturated the state of Indiana Friday night into Saturday morning, the Marian softball team has postponed their doubleheader scheduled for April 18 at Indiana Wesleyan.

The games at Indiana Wesleyan, which had originally been scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on April 18 and had been moved back to start as late as 4:00 p.m., have been postponed to Wednesday, April 22. The games taking place in Marion, Indiana, will begin at 5:00 p.m. for game one and 7:00 p.m. for a scheduled start time in game two. 

Due to the postponement of the Crossroads League games, Marian's scheduled home games against Indiana Tech on April 22 have now been canceled due to a lack of available dates before the Crossroads League Tournament. 

Marian will begin the final week of the regular season on the road at Taylor on Tuesday, April 21. Marian will then travel to Indiana Wesleyan on April 22, and will end the regular season with their senior day games at home on April 25 against Saint Francis.
