JACKSON, Mich. – The Crossroads League Athletes of the Week were announced on Monday, recognizing the league's top individual performances from April 20 through 26. Sports Information Directors from the league institutions nominate student-athletes for the awards and vote on each week's winners.

After her performance last week during the Crossroads League Tournament, Michelle Irigoyen was named the Crossroads League Player of the Week. Irigoyen went 4-0 in her matches during the Crossroads League Tournament, helping Marian secure the title. The junior went 3-0 at No. 2 doubles and won her lone singles contest.

Marian will find out their opponents for the first round of the National Tournament tomorrow, April 28th, at 12 pm ET during the selection show premiering on the NAIA YouTube channel.
