Box Score Greencastle, Ind. - The Marian men's tennis team fall 0-4 against Butler University in Friday's matchup. The Knights are now 7-5 overall on the season.

Tjark Kunkel and Jan Bartolome start off doubles on a high note at No. 3 defeating the Bulldogs 6-2. Juan Garcia-Tunon and Marcos Ramos Cabrera were the next to finish falling at No. 2 doubles 6-3. James Ashwort and Jones McNamar lost at No. 1 doubles to allow Butler to claim the point with a score of 6-4.

Butler extended their lead at No. 4 singles with a 6-0, 6-1 win over Kunkel. Garcia-Tunon was the next to finish falling at No. 2 singles 6-2,6-2 to the Bulldogs. Marc Soriano was the final match to finsh at No. 1 singles falling 6-4, 6-2. Three Knights went unfinshed with, Batolome competing at No. 3, Ramos Cabrera competing at No. 5, and McNamar competing at No. 6.

The Knights are back in action next week as they host Saint Leo University at the Indy Healthplex on Wednesday, February 12th starting at 2 p.m.
