JACKSON, Mich. – The Crossroads League announced its 2026 Men's Tennis All-League Team and Coach-of-the-Year honors on Wednesday, following Huntington claiming the CL regular season title and Grace rallying to the CL Tournament Championship. Marian had one representative on the 2026 All-Crossroads League Team, with junior
James Ashworth earning his third consecutive All-League honor.
The Foresters and Lancers were well represented on the All-Crossroads League Team, combining for eight of the 15 spots, with Ignacio Poncio of Huntington selected as the CL Coach of the Year and Julian Tantera of HU and Matheus Lima of Indiana Wesleyan being voted the CL Co-Players of the Year.
James Ashworth is now a three-time All-CL honoree after his honor in his junior season. This year, Ashworth is 8-10 in singles and has hit his stride in doubles, going 11-7 in the team's 24 matches.
The All-Crossroads League Team was voted on by the CL's head men's tennis coaches.
Marian will play in the NAIA Tournament on Tuesday, May 12, taking on Missouri Baptist.
