JACKSON, Mich. – The Crossroads League Athletes of the Week were announced on Monday, recognizing the league's top individual performances from August 25 through 31. Sports Information Directors from the league institutions nominate student-athletes for the awards and vote on each week's winners.

For the second time in his career and the first time this year Samuel Wehaus was named the Crossroads League Offensive Player of the Week. Wehaus tallied three goals, one assist and seven points for Marian in wins over Georgetown and Northwestern Ohio. The sophomore midfielder opened with two scores and one assist in a 6-0 rout of Georgetown, before adding one goal in the 3-2 win against UNOH.

The Knights will be back in action on Wednesday September 3rd as they travel up to Bourbonnais, Ill. to take on Olivet Nazarene at 6 PM.
