Indianapolis, Ind. - The Crossroads League announced its 2025 CL Scholar-Athletes for fall sports last week. This honor recognizes student-athletes in each of the fall sports who have excelled academically, including men's cross country, women's cross country, men's soccer, women's soccer, and women's volleyball.
Indiana Wesleyan led the way with 60 athletes honored, followed by Taylor (44), Spring Arbor (39), and Goshen and Grace, both with 32. Marian earned 29 honors, with the most going to Men's Soccer, with eight individual athletes. Women's Soccer earned seven, while Men's Cross Country and Volleyball each earned five, and Women's Cross Country earned four.

The Knights continue winter sports action this week with both Women's and Men's Basketball traveling up to Spring Arbor on Wednesday to take on the Cougars and traveling to Goshen to take on the Maple Leafs on Saturday. Track and Field will also be in action this weekend with dual-meet action as the pole vaulters compete at the Fairgrounds, and part of the squad will travel to Louisville, Kentucky. Both Men's and Women's Bowling will travel to Jackson, Mich., to compete at the Crossroads League Meet 4 and Crossroads League Tournament on Friday.
In-home action, Men's Tennis will host Holy Cross on Friday at 11:30 AM, while the Women's team hosts Holy Cross on Sunday at 3 PM. Wrestling hosts Cornerstone (Mich.) on Friday, January 30th at 6 PM in the P.E. Center. Competitive Cheer and the Marian Knight Dancers will host their home competition on Saturday, January 31st. Round one of the cheer portion will kick off at 9:30 AM, and round two starts at 10:55 AM. The dance portion of the competition will start at 12 pm.
