Women's Track and Field Record Three NAIA Standards at Marian Knight Open

Indianapolis, Ind. - The Marian women's Track and Field was back in action this week as they hosted the Marian Knight Open on Thursday and Friday. On the track, Katie Woods led the way, finishing first in the 800m and clocking an NAIA B Standard in her efforts. Emma Edwards also finished first in the 400m. In the field Gabi Bilbrey threw an NAIA B Standard in the discus finishing fourth overall. Nhaydia Watson also recorded an NAIA B Standard in the hammer, finishing third.

Marian will be back in action next Wednesday and Thursday as they travel to Fort Wayne, Ind., to compete at Indiana Tech.
